Cancellation
As a business owner and mom I understand that life can be unpredictable— kids get sick, your boss throws in a meeting, you simply let it slip your mind. My policy is simple: No fees unless you are a no show. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let Bethanie know as soon as possible. This is my livelihood and how I provide for my family, I just ask that you respect me and my time.
NO-SHOWS will be charged 100% of the service and will only be allowed to re-book by paying the cancellation fee and paying for the future service in full prior to the appointment.
